North Olympic Peninsula Innovation Partnership Zone Designation
The partnership of Battelle's Sequim Operations, Peninsula College, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and the EDC has been designated an Innovation Partnership Zone (IPZ) by the state of Washington.
The IPZ is designed to bring together research and higher education opportunities, innovation and economic activity. Areas designated as Innovation Partnership Zones receive special access to state funding resources that otherwise not have been available.
